A fresh new opening.
This month, on February 20, The Salad Kitchen arrives with a whole day of free lunches to celebrate the brand’s launch. Its salad bowls are an Ottolenghi-inspired medley of unique recipes, proteins and dressings that come finished with baked sourdough croutons (and other fabulous embellishments).
The brand explains how “every element, from base to dressing, is made fresh in small batches in-house and the recipes are our own, whether it’s our chimmichurri couscous or za’atar roasties — you simply won’t find them elsewhere. We look forward to inviting our new neighbours to try us out!”
