Sweet and savoury patisserie Buns From Home was born in lockdown 2020, when founder Barney Goff found himself at a loss and started baking from his mum’s kitchen.

The buns were an instant hit, and from a local home delivery service, Buns From Home has grown into a thriving business with four standalone shops, including the latest at The Royal Exchange. Visitors can enjoy deliciously decadent handmade buns, made with butter sourced from Normandy. These include such indulgent flavours as cardamom, dulce de leche, tiramisu and spinach and feta.
