Crockett & Jones at The Royal Exchange also offers customisation, bespoke fitting, repairs, refurbishment and re-soling of its footwear. It can also repair other shoemakers’ shoes with its local repairer, with whom the brand has worked with for 25 years.

Customers are also invited to talk to Crockett & Jones about special orders. Discuss with our retail staff your favoured colour material, style and last and create a unique pair of handcrafted shoes or boots to your own specification.

UK delivery is available. Customers who live outside of the UK can visit the store and have the VAT taken off your goods before they are shipped to you at home or work.
