Fortnum & Mason presents two new house gins — London Dry Amalthea and Amalthea Pink — created in a copper still using the traditional “Single Shot” method with all ingredients processed together in the same single distillation. Amalthea Dry reveals an elegant core of earthy juniper and sweet liquorice with hints of black tea and peppery cassia, while Amalthea Pink is abundant with juicy rhubarb and enticing rose flavours, revealing a centre of earthy juniper alongside liquorice, cardamom and grapefruit. Just add tonic, sunshine and a few good pals.
Ladurée’s summer highlights include its delicious artisanal ice cream — perfect for taking down the temperature — and available in a rainbow of flavours including vanilla, raspberry, salted caramel and pistachio. What’s more, on the 15th of June the brand launches its anticipated Ladurée x Roseblood collection, a unique collaboration with Château d’Estoublon, the Provence estate famous the world over for its vineyards and olive groves. Pairing the distinctive flavours of Roseblood with the craftmanship of Ladurée, the release includes sorbets, wine, cocktails, tea — and yes, those wonderful, one-of-a-kind macarons.
