The King of Seafood comes to Fortnum’s at The Royal Exchange.
To mark 50 years of his iconic Padstow institution, The Seafood Restaurant, Rick Stein has chosen Fortnumโs Bar & Restaurant at The Royal Exchange to bring five of his most beloved dishes to London.

Available for a limited time this summer, the exclusive menu is a nostalgic celebration of British seafood at its finest. Running for two months only, this limited-edition offering will sit alongside Fortnumโs ร la carte menus, featuring five signature dishes from Rickโs celebrated repertoire โ each representing a decade in the storied history of The Seafood Restaurant. This will be a limited run from the 5th of June to the 5th of August: book now to savour that remarkable taste of the sea.

The menu will be launched by a special visit from the iconic writer and presenter, and Fortnum’s explains how “We are delighted to signify the start of this partnership by welcoming Rick Stein and his son and chef Jack (Director of Rick Stein Restaurants), to our Bar & Restaurant at The Royal Exchange on the 4th June, for a truly special evening. This exclusive, one-night-only event will allow guests to enjoy a four-course set menu โ showcasing four of the dishes that will be available to the public, each from one of the five decades of The Seafood Restaurantโs storied history.”
While this event is now sold out, patrons will still have the chance to enjoy the exclusive menu this summer โ and to purchase the exclusive Rick Stein 50th Anniversary Retail Range from Fortnum’s boutique: including the Lobster Tea Towel, Blue Lobster Apron, Lobster 2 Pint Jug and Champagne Gift Box.
