Return reinvigorated.
As summer draws to a close and we return to the office floor, it’s more important than ever to make the time to refresh and revitalise yourself. These three new scents from our luxury houses are more than aromasย โย they’re a chance to escape the everyday. From the reviving tranquillity of Japanese woodland to a Hudson Valley tomato garden, stay fresh this September with our curated selection of uplifting fragrances.
Embrace the scent of late summer with the MALIN+GOETZ tomato candle. Inspired by the founders’ Hudson Valley garden, the scent captures the rich, sun-drenched aromas of a flourishing allotment. The brand explains how it “opens with a beautiful mรฉlange of freshly-picked herbs โ aromatic basil, calming lavender and cool mint leaves. Vines of green ivy intertwine with the rich sweetness of a perfectly ripe tomato captured from the San Marzano leaf cut at the home of a master perfumer in France.” Perfect for making the most of the last of the sun.
Fortnum & Mason’s exclusive 1707 fragrance collection, masterfully crafted by Artisan Perfumers in Grasse, celebrates the art of making an entrance. Named in celebration of the brand’s founding year, the 1707 collection includes four exquisite fragrances, each offering a unique olfactory experience: Lilas Eau de Parfum, Eau de Parfum, Noir Eau de Parfum , and Topaze Eau de Parfum โ introduced just this summer โ with a bright blend of pineapple, green notes, and pepper, evolving into a harmonious mix of nutmeg, cardamom and rose.
September also brings this new exquisite new fragrance: Jo Malone London’s Hinoki & Cedarwood Cologne Intense. This fragrance is a captivating blend of crisp aromatics and rich woody notes, with a powerful trail of elegant cedarwood and hinoki that creates a deeply refreshing and distinctive scent. Inspired by the hinoki tree and the Japanese practice of forest bathing, this cologne evokes a sense of grounding and tranquillity. Cรฉline Roux, Global Head Of Fragrance, says how “Hinoki & Cedarwood really takes you away; to nature, to a different place. I love the idea of the serenity that comes from the immersion in the forest. The smell of hinoki reminds me of a dry, clean sauna. Itโs just beautiful.”
