Dinner Dates

Indulge in a month of romance — for Valentine’s Day and more.

Nothing kindles love quite like an intimate dinner for two, and February brings not just Valentine’s Day but the unmissable Jang Supper Club. Dining at The Royal Exchange, you’ll discover more than exquisite cuisine and carefully crafted drinks: here you’re immersed in the historic elegance of one of the City’s most iconic landmarks. This February, reserve a table amid 455 years of history: where heritage meets style.

Few settings are as cosy and romantic as the historic vaults beneath The Royal Exchange, home to award-winning bar and restaurant The Libertine. Indulge in a specially themed menu for Valentine’s — including sharing steak and oysters — “away from prudish prying eyes.” The bar’s beloved à la carte menu and inventive cocktails are also on offer, showcasing its mastery of contemporary mixology.

“Sharing is caring” is the theme, too, of Fortnum & Mason’s Valentine’s Dinner, which features showstoppers prepared tableside such as Beef Wellington and Crêpe Suzette. Be seated at what the London Standard calls “the most Instagrammable restaurant in London” — undeniably one of the city’s most breathtakingly picturesque settings, and a place where memories are made for life.

February isn’t just about Valentine’s Day. Keep the romance alive at the Jang Supper Club on Saturday 28th February, with a four-course tasting menu from two of London’s culinary stars. For one night only, Executive Chef Dana Choi teams up with Jane Alty — the chef behind some of the capital’s most influential Thai kitchens — for a Thai-Korean collaboration celebrating heat, fermentation and flavour.
