Love live lunchtime β€” with authentic Korean cuisine from Jang.

Chef Dana invites you to spice up your midweek lunch at Jang. Ditch the meal deal and Tupperware to tuck into a mouthwatering menu of luxury noodles.

With the offerings changing each week, diners will be able to select from a menu of meat, fish and vegan options β€” allowing patrons to sample the City’s most exciting new fine-dining spot at a much lower price: on average, Β£13 for a dish with Korean beer for Β£3.50. The lunch service will take place at the long tables in Engel Live, blending the bustle of an authentic noodle bar with the luxurious decor of the Exchange’s first-floor mezzanine. Make lunch matter: the menu launches mid-June.

Gwangju-born head chef Dana Choi has a true passion for her home country’s cuisine, as Jang explains: “Her journey began studying Korean royal cuisine before moving to London where she worked at the two Michelin-starred restaurant The Square, under Phil Howard, as well as Jinjuu Soho with Korean chef Judy Joo. Now at the helm of Jang, Dana balances tradition with innovation with her own interpretations of Korean and Japanese cuisine using the best of British ingredients.”
