New Year’s Eve at The Royal Exchange is the place to be. We’re especially excited about the night planned out by The Libertine — the award-winning bar and restaurant set in our historic vaults. Why? The brand has conjured a night of hedonistic indulgence worthy of its name. Teaming up with Moët & Chandon, the kitchen is due to present a five-course dinner: so you can feast your way into 2025 followed by a night of The Libertine’s trademark “spirited revelry.”

After a glass of champagne on arrival, you’ll choose a starter from a selection that includes: Scallop St. Jacques with seaweed and garlic butter, parmesan crumb and avruga caviar; Beef Carpaccio with truffled pine nut dressing, focaccia crumb, and sun-dried tomato puree; and Beetroot Tartare with walnut dressing. Following this is a mouth-watering main course of Baked Halibut Fillet in a crayfish and saffron bisque; Free Range Cornfed Chicken Au Champagne; a 48 Day Dry Aged Sirloin; or hand-made Sage & Pumpkin Tortelloni. Finish off with a selection of desserts like Baked Basque Cheesecake or Chocolate Hazlenut Torte; and finally a cheese and port sharing board. Magnificent!

The Libertine is easy about when you show up: “If you already have dinner plans, join us for drinks, dancing and a magical midnight moment. Advance tickets will also receive a champagne reception on arrival. Guests can join us any time before 11:30pm, and our New Year’s Eve party will be in full flow until the early hours with DJs playing the signature Libertine party sound all night long.”
