King Charles has always been a passionate devotee — and dedicated champion — of the countryside and nature.

And so it’s only right that this spring and summer we’ll see The Royal Exchange bloom into rich, vivid colour through a series of installations evoking the quintessential English garden. All across our iconic space, a combination of artworks and live plants will create an immersive kaleidoscope of shapes and colours inspired by the country’s flora. 

The first iteration of the installation was inspired by the King’s’ favourite flower — the Delphinium — to commemorate his coronation and passion for the outdoors. This has been followed by displays of bright summer flowers in bold red, pink, yellow and blue — bringing the space to life in technicolour. Whenever you visit this season, we look forward to welcoming you to experience the beauty of nature like never before.
